Okay, first of all, I'd like to begin by saying that the Da Vinci Code protesters piss me off. It's fucking fiction. We know you think it's intended to destroy all that you believe in, like you think everything else in the world is trying to do, but it's just a book. Get over it. Yes, the novel starts out by stating it's a true story, but if you look in the pages before that it states that it is, indeed, not real. Maybe if you tried reading it you would understand what the rest of the world was so interested in instead of believing that it's your duty to inform people what to believe. It's a free country. People are allowed to believe whatever they want, read whatever they want, and see whatever movies they want.
Phew.
So today I bought a mattress pad for our bed, a hand mixer, a large and small laundry basket, and other miscellaneous non-apartment related items. According to my calculations, we still need:
*an extension cord (or so Darren claims)
*a toaster
*a bedskirt (eventually)
*more lamps?
*bar stools?
*either a hamper or another laundry basket
*a bathroom rug
*two more sets of towels
*two nightstand-ish tables
Am I missing anything?
