It's 7:54PM, and I'm sitting at the library doing/procrastinating my accounting homework while I watch the Japanese kid sitting next to me pick his nose. I'm having a wonderful night--how about you?
I had an ok day at work today until the end when it got miserable. That's how work has always been these days. They start out alright, but they end with me wanting to go job hunting the next day. I wish I could win the lottery or something so I didn't have to work. That'd be nice. But first, I wish Nevada had a lottery.
I think it's pretty funny how some of the residents where I work react to someone parking in their assigned covered parking spot. They flip out to the point of having a stroke because they had to park two spots away and walk 5 more steps to get to their apartment. Well I guess that's what I get for working at an apartment community where the average rent is well over $1,000 a month. Oh, and there's this other dude who came in and flipped out about water leaking through his window. He wanted someone to go and fix it IMMEDIATELY because water was coming in right over a power socket. So I told him we would get someone right on it in order to shut him up. SOOOOOOOO...what does he say? In a very calm tone he says, "well you can't right now because I'm going to go work out until 6pm". Mind you, the office closes at 5:30pm. WHAT THE HELL?? This dude just finished cussing and yelling at me in front of prospective residents about how urgent this issue is, but he ended up asking us to do it before 3pm tomorrow? I just don't get it. It's not worth the time and stress. I give up. One of these days when I win the lottery I'm going to get my revenge on these losers..just you watch. I've been planning it for a while now.
It is now 8:10PM and the Japanese nose-picking guy has left. Pity..
