Granado Espada thoughts
Got my account on Sunday, but only managed to download all the files needed today. Ah well.
General Impressions:
The male voices are annoying, or at least for the musketeer and wizard. I eventually got used to the scout's voice, so maybe that'll happen for those voices too. Took about three hours to get my group up to lvl 8, although a more through perusal of documentation before I started would have led me to assault mode, which means that the party attacks monsters en route, and I don't have to click, and that not equipping your scout with weapons means that he'll autoheal the party. >_<
Very pretty scenery and models, except for elementalists of both genders. :X Music is a mixed bag, some tunes are enjoyable, others not so much. About the server itself, very little chatting is going on, and mixed gender family groups are more common, thankfully. I was expecting a lot of all female groups. :P The mix of colonial era tech plus magic feels a little odd to me, but new milieus are probably better than old milieus. I will probably spend more time than is healthy on this game. XD
