Results and up dates!
Well as people know i had a meet this weekend, was the big one to see if i can get selected for the european junior champs to take place in Finland. Well i had to throw 70m to get the a standard.
Went out there with a strong state of mind going to "tag" one as hard as i can and hit that 70m. 1st throw 67,21! Shit oh well 5 more throws. 2 and 3 didn't go too well 64 & 63. 4th round coming up, and i was going to do it here. Had to tell this one guy to just leave me alone for the time bring cause he was pissing me off. Come on man can't you see that i am trying to throw big, you are just a little fuck so piss off.
The officals took their time and narrowed down the field to 6 people. I was up 1st again. So i was okay lets go for it, Ran down the run-up and bang i hit this hard. But on the planting of my left leg, it came out from beneath me. i twisted my ankle and left knee! i fell over the white line and no marked. The throw was huge but i fell. 1st aid came running and slapped ice on my knee b/c i didn't care about ankle at this time. I missed my 5th throw and came in for the 6th throw. I was going all out. but no luck i hit 64. I messed up, so i didn't throw 70m so i have to just wait now to see if i get selected for the meet.
Monday day and night just chilled all day b/c i was icing my ankle. Nice bruise and a little swollen. Later that day i spoke to my girl Julene, for the 1st time since september. It was so good to hear her voice again. Miss her dearly. Well guys i am out, b/c i haven't done anything else interesting. Peace
