Holy Smokes!
It amazes me how much time has passed since my last journal entry. I wasn't even aware that it had been nine weeks until my sweet friend, Patricia, notified me.
Since my last entry...
The kids had spring break...it was two weeks long instead of one week as there were snow days and in service days so they got a treat!
Quincy turned one year old. We had a wonderful little pizza party for him and lots and lots of cake. He's a wonderful little boy and brings joy to my heart every day. I'm so glad he is here.
Robert came home from Iraq. This was met with mixed feelings...more on that later.
I've acquired another car. It's a little Honda Civic. It used to be Shaun's car. He was behind on child support and this was a good trade as Amanda will soon be 16 and will need a car. I'm still thinking I will keep the car in MY possession and she can use it...then when Ryan is ready to drive, he can use it, too.
I went to take my state boards manicurist practical exam and faild the first time through. I don't take tests well and was pretty nervous. I have another date for my test, but I don't plan to tell anyone when that is so there is less pressure. :)
I got a new cell phone. I love it! It is an LG 9800. If you go to Verizonwireless.com, you can see it there. It is a vCast phone and has a lot of neat features.
Kaitlyn went to Seattle to spend time with her Godparents over her Spring Break. She had a WONDERFUL time. They took her into Canada for some intertubing, shopping and swimming. Kait took a lot of pictures to bring home to show us all her good times.
I've suffered from a lot of migraines lately. I am not sure what is triggering them, but it has been painful and has made me physically sick. I had the thought this morning to start logging them so I can talk to a doctor about them.
I'm dying to get out there and do some more photography. I had my first wedding assignment in a long time. It was a success. I want to do MORE MORE MORE!
