Gee, you know that information... really would've been more useful to me *yesterday.*
So, that perfect house in South San Francisco? Our application was great and was approved. But apparently the homeowners have decided to pull the house off the rental market and try to sell it instead.
You'd think they could have made this decision after the rennovations but before the open house.
This means we're back to looking for a place to live closer to Geoff's work. The realtor that managed the house says they have another rental property close by that will open up at the end of the month. We're pre-approved for that application, but they would give no details about the house or tell us what the rent will be. We also can't view the property until the current tenants move out. Geoff's going to drive by the house tonight to see if we'd even be interested in looking at it later.
I'm not pleased. Not at all.
