(no subject)
Ugh, my brain hates me. I have the house mostly to myself tonight so I'd planned to write, either for catch up with dogdays, or to get some more done on one of the two longer stories I'm working on. But I can't seem to get anything down, at least not anything worthwhile, so I'm just staring at my computer screen which is not so much fun. Roar. :(
I do have an episode of Dr. Who to watch, thanks to the oh so lovely dzturtlepower. XD So the night won't be a complete waste.
I'm still working on catching up with stories and such that were posted while I was gone. And I will eventually have a post about my trip. This week we're going to my Grandma's to help her clean up her house so that might not be until next week.
The start of dogdaysofsummer has made me think back to last year when it was going on, I think I wrote for just one of the prompts because I was still relatively new to the whole thing. I'd only posted one or two stories before it started last August. It's a bit odd, it feels like it's been longer than a year. Also, I realized that at the end of this month is my two year LJ anniversary. O.O Crazy.
Ok, I'm off to watch House and then Dr Who, and ignore my muse until she's willing to work. ;D
