The schedule for November 1, 2004. My 22nd birthday.
6:00 a.m. - Wake up. Shower. Get ready for work.
7:00 a.m. - Arrive at the office. Arrange materials for election day staging locations.
8:00 a.m. - Conference call with Cleveland/Columbus
8:30 a.m. - Meet with David re: election day transportation for canvassers.
9:00 a.m. - Call Chhaya re: food for canvassers. Arrange payment, food pick up.
10:00 a.m. - Meet with Victor re: regional maps and polling location maps.
10:30 a.m. - Meet with Jeff to update on demographical statistics on canvasser and supervisor hirings.
11:00 a.m. - Meeting with Steve Rosenthal, one of the national directors for GOTV.
12:00 p.m. - Arrive at The Jambar to start production of Tuesday's newspaper.
8:00 p.m. - Leave The Jambar.
8:15 p.m. - Arrive back at the office.
8:30 p.m. - Assemble materials for staging locations.
9:00 p.m. - Check regional, driver, and canvasser maps.
10:00 p.m. - Conference call
10:30 p.m. - Meet with Jeff, Ken re: Financial reimbursement procedures.
11:00 p.m. - Prepare sign-in, sign-out, payment rosters for staging locations.
11:30 p.m. - Prepare information packets for staging area staff.
12:00 a.m. - Finish up all the shit everyone else didn't get done.
Somewhere in there I'll have to find time to eat. Happy Birthday to me. Kerry better fucking win - that's all I gotta say.
