Yet another morning with no one at the office...
And... it's stopped snowing for the time being. Yesterday was basically a blizzard for a bit of the afternoon, random power blips, and a good deal of shoveling. Leave work early so I could beat the traffic and the snow home so I could still be outside when I had a little bit of light. Took me about 45 minutes to shovel the driveway (probably would have gone even faster if there wasn't a layer of slush under the powder >.<). Yeah, my hands ar basically two big blisters at the moment, but it'll be less work to get all that heavy slush off the driveway before any more snow comes this weekend. I'm still waiting for my latest shipment of dvds to come in... stupid backorder >_< but it's not like I don't have anything to do at home. My weekends are almost dedicated to cleaning (tomorrow is Clean Out the Fridge Morning and the Early Bird Trash Run, followed by Vacuum Like Mad Afternoon and Late Nite Laundry Hour with some possible shoveling if needed)... hey, it gives me something else to do when I'm not fiddling on my computer ^__^ I'm starting to takes evening walks down to the mail box after I get off of work and a nice morning run on the weekends. If Forest Lakes wasn't a big mudhole right now I'd take Sonja along with me, but little white fluffy dog and muddy substance just don't mix (I don't she's too keen on having to need a bath every day, either).
Music fix: it never occurred to me how much I LOVE Enigma's "Return to Innocence." *dies* I've only been listening to it nonstop for whoe knows how long. It's such a pretty song ^__^ (It also doesn't help that I've had a recent addiction to www.animemusicvideos.org . That site is just too much fun!! Found a really nifty one that went to "Return to Innoncence"-- anime footage from Cardcaptor Sakura and X *dies again*)
