WHOA THERE. I actually recolored objects! Like, objects other than flat paintings! I swear, recoloring objects is so much faster than recoloring clothing. I don't know how I'll ever go back. MAYBE I WON'T. I DUNNO. But let's enjoy the random items I recolored for you all today, shall we? :D
On a whim I decided to recolor 8 random items that I use (or try to use, in some cases) in my game fairly often and and just as often wish they had more recolors. I tried picking things that could go together as a sort of set, and here we are!
I always set this thing near clusters of house plants in my sim houses so it looks like a little mister for them. Not entirely sure what atomizers are typically used for, but they look like they could water plants!
4 recolors of
the eight/three studio Atomizer (plus 2 metal recolors)

I love how quirky this little plant is, and though I love the tomato can dearly (the original texture), I thought perhaps some ColourLover patterns could make him a little more versatile and yet not lose all his charm.
8 recolors of
the eight/three studio KitchenPlant
$10
MESH INCLUDED
I loved this mesh, but I found the book colors and teapot texture on the original to be rather hideous so I never used it. Now I finally get to! And yes, aqua does go with everything. >_>
5 recolors of
the eight/three studio Tea&Books
$10
MESH INCLUDED
This is one of my very favorite pieces of kitchen clutter for my sims, but I was getting a bit disappointed that it had to be the same color in everyone's house. No more! Plus, cupcake! Cupcakes just make everything better.
3 recolors of
the eight/three studio StackColander
$10
MESH INCLUDED
I am currently OBSESSED with succulents. In fact, they were the reason I started recoloring all these objects in the first place! I wanted my sims to have cute kitchen windowsill gardens with all the succulents they could ever want (hence the random colander, as well). Unfortunately, I don't really have a lot of succulent meshes, so this was nearly all I could manage, and it wouldn't even let me recolor the plant. Just the pots. :P
9 recolors of
Cacti Collection from Planter's Paradise
$110
BASE GAME COMPATIBLE (pretty sure)
I was allowed to recolor the plant on these ones, though! Tried to make them all a smidge different, and to go with their fancy new pots. SO much better than the original pot. That thing was a pixelated horror.
3 recolors of
The Simulated Succulent
$160
BASE GAME COMPATIBLE
Again, LOVED the mesh, but the colors were so dark and dreary it didn't fit anywhere in my sim houses, and I could barely see any of the amazing detail on the mesh or texture. So I cheered it up just a smidge. >_>
10 recolors of
The Queen Bee
$200
MESH INCLUDED
One of my favorite lamps! It's so pretty and whimsical, but I only ever used the pink and aqua colors on the original, and it limited where I could put it. NOW IT CAN BE EVERYWHERE. MUAHAHA!
