I think I'll just stay home from now on...
So yeah. Somebody on facebook invited me to a spaghetti dinner earlier today at some church on north huron street. So I decide to go. I walked down huron and couldnt find the place so i decided to just go back at first...then for some reason I decided to walk down washtenaw street and go to this japanese store carrie was talking about. I turn down some street and right before I hit washtenaw on the other side of the road this kid called out to me and was like "hey do you got a phone I could use...help me out man" or something to that effect. I was like "errr...no i dont have a phone" and kept walking. I get to washtenaw and pass a street or two and then this guy starts walking in front of me. I kept my distance because he certainly looked suspicious. That and the fact he kept looking back at me. Then I noticed he was using his sleeve to wipe something off...I couldn't see it. So I'm already starting to get afraid. He gets to a street corner and stops. I stop and think I'll just wait until he crosses and go. Then he turns around and starts walking towards me carrying this long white thing in both hands. I'm like oh shit so I turn around and start walking quickly the other way, and also I take my cell phone out of my pocket and start messing with it. Keep in mind, this is a major road, theres a bunch of cars going by, so I was pretty sure he wouldn't try anything. I walk to another street corner and hes gone. I kept walking anyway, and turn down a road heading back to the campus. I was so scared my dumb ass forgot I had turned down the street where I saw the first kid, so he was now on my side of the road, sitting on a porch. He asked if I played music or something like that and I told him no and kept walking. Thank God he didnt follow me or anything. I made it back to my dorm in one piece. *phew*
