When I first saw the above link on ANN I was thinking "again really?" (and mentally quoting Vizzini's line about Australia in the Princess Bride).
Then I scrolled down just a bit where it said he was convicted of assaulting a teenage boy...
I think this might be one of the extremely rare cases where the prosecution may have been right...even if their reasoning was not.
