At this point, I need a Richard/Adam icon. They are seriously OTP.

First off, THANK YOU for the timeline. I never read the comics, and didn't know what happened in later seasons of Heroes, so this was super helpful. I LOVE that you used the crazy 1977 from both shows. Also, LOVE that this whole thing kept hinging on Locke and that they kept talking about him (and poor baby Nathan). I love everyone on Lost, but Locke (and maybe Des) is the only one capable of producing hysterical weeping and undying emotion from me, and, probably because he isn't sexy, there is not nearly enough fic about his importance.

But that's all minor stuff. What makes this so wonderful is how much thought you've put into it. Into their different kinds of immortality, into how they are both kind of doing the same thing---I'd never really thought about it before.

I am so, so pleased that you liked this. I spent a lot of time thinking about it, and a lot of time researching different parts of the story. I loved fitting the various parts of the two differen canon together, connecting the proto-Company with John Locke and Ben, and comparing immortal to immortal.

It was really interesting to figure out what was important to Richard and Adam, and how their experiences have shaped their plans for the futures. I loved exploring them through dialogue and body language, just two intense men in a single place, again and again over the years, with words weaving them together.
