Worthy Verse Master List and Art Post
This is my master post for my Alt!Vengers stories - where the Avengers' powers and some of their backstories have been changed, but still band together to fight the fights we never could.
Worthy - When Tony nearly died in the desert, he was saved and found worthy by a very unusual artifact.
The Captain and the Soldier - Where Captain America was not a boy from Brooklyn but a girl from Brighton Beach, and the Black Widow could more accurately be called the Black Widower.
Monster and the Archer - Where Bruce Banner didn’t experiment on himself, but a volunteer soldier named Clint Barton. And when things go wrong, he won’t let his mistake ruin another’s life.
Assembling - The Avengers Initiative is assembling: The Thunderer - Tony Stark, Iron Man - Thor Odinsson, Captain America - Natasha Romanov, and The Black Widow(er) - Steve Rogers are being thrown together to go after one Clint Barton, who can become a rage monster known as the Hulk, and his bow-wielding protector, the radiation scientist Dr. Bruce Banner. Together these six people might just be able to save themselves and the world they've taken by storm.
