...are currently living downstairs, hired from yon video shop as part of Jasper's vaaaaain attempt to become film literate. Well, I figure since I only got 180 pages into Ulysses, and bought but haven't opened, Crime and Punishment, that I should shift away from written literature.
Man.
Must get around to Crime and Punishment.
Oh! And KB vol 2 WAS better than the first one. But still nothing on earlier Tarantino. Fun, interesting, but... well... too contrived. You know how Pulp had that great 'chillin' out' feel, in the conversations. It's too forced here, liked Tarantino's trying to recreate something. And the score, bizarrely, actually gets in the way now and then.
Well, could be worse.
Could be an abnormally large goatee, or Johnny Depp in 'Once upon a time in Mexico'
