Well today went about as good as it could with the circumstances of whats going on in my life. I told my store director (the coolest manager I've EVER had) that I need Friday off to go to my grandfather's memorial. I asked him if part-time gets funeral pay since we get shafted on pay-time-off (PTO) hours. I only have like 10-12 hours saved up right now so I could use them for GenCon, but I told him I would use them if I had to. He said, "Don't worry about it. I'll get you Friday and Saturday off paid. Just remind me on Monday when you come in." I told him I didn't need Saturday off, but he insisted. So I'm going to take my Mom and Grandma out for lunch that day since I think thats the best way I could spend it.
