Full thought out update.
Well i'm back at the dal library. Mostly just wasting time until i go to my next sublet appointment (at three pm). Also, i'm adding some songs to my PSPod (as i like to call it), which actually may replace my discman if i can find a cheap 1gb card to devote explicitly to music and pics. Right now the card i've currently got in it has game saves, music and pics on it but i've currently gotten like 600 something megabites left so a new card is definitely in the planwork.
I've been putting serious thought into getting a cellphone. Not because i have a habit of not listening to people. But mostly because i'd genuinely like to have one. I went to rogers today to take a look to see the "affordability" factor and it's looking pretty damn good. A motorala SLVR S6 videocamera-phone with ringtones and games would run me a fifty dollar deposit and 20 dollars a month for 200 daytime minutes and unlimited evenings and weekends. So the objection to me not being able to afford it is kinda moot in my view and it meets my desire to get a cell phone. so all parties get met halfway. Plus when i do move i don't really have to spend all that much on utilities and shit cuz i'll already have a phone. Anyone whose reading this now will get my new number in the next three days.
Whatelse is going on in my life. I'm in the long and lengthy process of patching business up with kate. we've met a few times since the break up for coffee and talking. But i feel we're making progress: She's stopped calling me "that rat-bastard-motherfucker" in third person when i'm sitting right across from her. That's a joke, everyone put their knives down....that means you too Mclean siblings.
Work so far is cool all things said. I've been at it almost two and a half months and it feels stable. Which is why all the talk of "sublets" and "cellphones". Because i've actually been at it longer then three days. Actually it feels nice to go out and actually buy something and when i lay down the money i know that i earned every penny i paid for it. "It feels gratifying" i believe is the proper phrase.
Anyway, that is all the fun and bidness going on in my life. I'll update fully in two weeks.
