Half-Life II is the crack of shooting games
Ok, i feel so fucking dirty. On sunday i got Half-Life 2, played a little bit, came home and read for a while. On monday, i woke up, did my chores and then played HL for 4 hours, matt came over and used my piano for an hour and then i went on to play for seven hours more or less straight. so i'm looking at what amounts to eleven hours of gameplay. I stopped playing at 2.32 in the morning and i was just overwhelmed with this sense of feeling as though i've somehow sinned on a level mortals fear to tread. I literally wanted to go to the shower and wash myself with an sos pad, i felt that dirty. However it's an incredible game. Like it's good on so many levels i can't even fathom all of them. And i'm going to probably write more updates like this as soon as my gst cheque comes in and i buy either GTA: San Andreas/Far Cry Instincts or the GTA triple pack which includes GTA 3, GTA: Vice City, and GTA: San Andreas. i need to set some sort of time limit to prevent such marathons from running out of control.....
