Public Vigilance Against Littering

I am normally unconcerned with littering. I mean, i dont go about throwing my trash on the roadside. But I dont stop my car :( to go clean it up. Well, if I saw this turtle, I would definitely stop to go help. This little gu y is about the saddest thing ever.

So the moral of this story is that if you dont clean up the mess around you, innocent turtles will be crippled. And that is a bad thing.
