Fishie fishie in the sea

My keys have a natural attraction to the floor at my local Borders Books and Music.

This is the second time that we have come home and I say "Fuck, where are my keys?" Each time, I drive back to Borders and find my keys there on the floor where people had to walk right over them. Is it an unspoken rule to not touch lost keys at a bookstore? Is there a key eating demon at the Information booth? Because that's where I would take lost keys I see on the floor so when someone calls the bookstore saying "Fuck, where are my keys?" the bookseller can say "You left them here you dipshit." And then as I drive back to get the keys, the bookstore can chuckle about the extra money I have to spend in gas since I had decided to buy my books for cheaper on amazon.com. Rawr.

I got some new fish today and they seem to have revitalized the rest of the fish in the tank. I'm happy with the current balance; the white tetras I have are starting to chase other fish, but only their own species, so I'm not too worried yet. SB's friend Steve the Fish Killer has offerred to take them (these hardier fish were bought mainly to help cycle the water in the tank while it got balanced.) With a nickname like Steve the Fish Killer, I don't know how I feel about all that.

The internet is a dangerous place. You spend money so you can look around online for other opportunities to spend money. And it's usually on things you don't need. And sometimes it's on things that you not only don't need, but can't even use.

Project "Go Back to School" is going well. I am not sure about this whole 8am class business, but I'll manage. Since I am going to be registering late (most everyone else registered at the end of last semester,) I can't be too picky about the class selection since there isn't a great selection. Since I have Senior standing, the next spring I'll be able to get first dibs on the classes I want, so that's much good.
