Im back...and betta than ever!...Kind of...

Well, I would have updated sooner if it wasn't for 2 things:

  • My computer had not experienced a power surge though being plugged into a SURGE PROTECTOR on New Years Day and....
  • LiveJournal didn't lose their power for what seemed like an eternity.

Gotta love the fact that both of the problems came from the same unexpected occurances. Feh. I have a new-ish computer now, but the processor speed is half the speed of my old one, despite upgrading from a Intel Celuron to a Pentium 3.

Anyway, I'm back and I've got some stuff to talk about. First off, I AM MOVING BACK TO OREGON....unless, by some miracle, I get to land a job here. Im going in for a few more lab-rat stuff, then I'm done. The van got fixed by the way....which is a cool deal.

I've been on a PPV streak lately, watching WWE Armageddon, WWE New Years Revolution, TNA Final Resolution and next in line will be WWE Royal Rumble...thats like a new record in PPVs for me. Thanks to Jerry for each one as I don't think I could have seen them without him inviting me to his place.

The upcoming PWF shows that both me and Jerry are "producing" for April 1st and 2nd are in the creative process now, as we want to go all-out on it, creating an actual entrance equiped with an entrance screen and PPV logo. Currently working on the now-Casket Match layout and maybe/maybe not cage match. The two "shows" will both be placed on DVD and released in May to those in attendance and only a few will be sent out per request from other sources. The PWF Website CD I've been working on for the past few months is still going along nicely (Yes, thankfully enough, my harddrive was not killed in the death of my computer)....the PWF Online Website has yet to be fully updated, yea, I know, Im slackin...ah well.

WWE has been keeping my interest up alot lately as to what the next week will bring. I'm mostly interested in what they are doing with Batista in regards to Triple H, who is currently trying to hide the fact that he fears his own bodyguard (Batista) and is an upcoming threat to his title. They are doing everything that they should have done with Randy Orton: Hes not getting pushed too quick, his turn is a gradual small step process, and he doesnt talk much, just gets the business done. Orton was total opposite of everything I just mentioned.

TNA needs to get this year kicked of on the right foot, but as evident from their PPV from sunday (January 16th), they stumbled and fell face first. Good way to kill one helluva hot crowd in just 3 seconds. Jarrett should NOT have retained his championship. Monty Brown should have walked away as THE TNA Champion. Kevin "Kenny Rogers" Nash needs to go too. Grandpa Hall needs to catch the next short bus out of town and just go away to his Miami retirement home.

Yes Jerry, I know its a "fake sport" but who gives a shit...

By the way, my Christmas was good for those wondering. I got a nice Yamaha Keyboard, as those who don't know, I used to play keyboard back in 1995 till around 1998 when I traded it in for a WebTV console which eventually led me to where I am today. Weird how things come full circle. I also got a nice Jeff Gordon coffee mug and a stack of blank CDs. Not much but its the thought that counts :) I thank all of those that got me those gifts :)

Well, I currently have a nasty cold, which I'm fighting through hellfire and brimstone with (Thanks to Jim Ross for that).

That'll do it for now, If I forgot something, I'll mention it in the next post...whenever that will be....
