Weekend
Spent saturday up in Vancouver BC this weekend for Lee's bachelor excursion. Walked through Chinatown and had Dim Sum at this very authentic place.
Vancouver is a pretty nice city and wouldn't even mind living there if it wasn't for the fact that it's in Canada. It's been like 6 years since I've really hung out up there and it's interesting to check out all the new buildings that have gone up, particularly in Yale Town. Strangely enough, most of the skyline nowadays seems to be made up of residential high-rises, not office buildings. Apparently one of the influential architects in Hong Kong was responsible for a lot of these newer designs and the similarities between the two are certainly apparent.
