Do the writers sit around and say:
"Okay, we can't put Joe in a coma this week ... we just did him in July, And Tanya's out, we're saving her coma for sweeps week. What about Natasha? Should we put Natasha in a coma this time? Because Sarah's almost out of hers, and we only have two more days to put someone else in the hospital."
