Damn - has it been that long since I posted? I must've been busy!
Wake up, baby this, baby that, go to work, come home, baby this, baby that, go to sleep, repeat. The monotony, although not noticeable, really makes time zip by really fast! In fact, I'm writing this in a stolen moment before I leave for work. From the above you'd think I'd get a respite there, but it's the holidays and there's no rest for the wicked! Mrs. Simanowitz is a lifesaver and takes really good care of us all, and (to her credit) takes up the slack around here. Me being a slacker and all, she usually does more than I do (not that I'm sitting on my ass expecting her to do it all by any means - I do stuff too, you know).
It's snowed here, and miraculously my wipers started working again. Now, if I can only find the time to put a blower fan in I'd have my defrost back (new blower motor, but the fan fell apart about 3 weeks after I put the motor in - now I can't find just the fan at the junkyard, and can only find used blower/fan combos out there)! Anything beats peering through a basketball-sized clear area dead-center in the windshield while driving. Thankfully my commute is on the highway, and because I had the foresight to unplug the blower motor if I turn on the vent or defrost and get up to 70 MPH I can get some blow-through and it acts as my blower. But man, it sure bites driving through town sometimes. :)
Almost time to leave for work - I'll post again after the new year (hopefully sooner).
