A New Job
A lot has happened since I last posted. I got a new job!!! And the people are pretty nice, and I got a 21K raise!!! I have been truly blessed. I'm also really happy that Bill has decided to move into his own apartment. We tried to get one together, but my rental company wanted me to sign a lease from Dec 06 - Sept 08. They said I had to fulfill the months I had left on this place (my lease isn't up until next September). We tried to meet them halfway and get a lease until March 08, but they wanted a $500 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. Since we were moving into a less 'hip' party of town, I don't get it.
I'm really happy in that Marv and Mom are coming up for Thanksgiving weekend. I'm really looking forward to them coming. I tried getting Andy's mom to come, but she felt funny about coming down here. I'm really happy that I will finally get to meet her at Christmas though!
