(temporary) power return at about 2:15.
it *did* take me about 2 minutes to register the power was back while i was blinking confusedly at adam's digital alarm clock blinking back at me.
power went out at like noon.
the reason i'm in adam's room right now (despite the huge fucking window that is NOT boarded up in his room, has no safety bars and also no blinds on it that's ALSO directly over his bed...) is because my room is on the side of the house that has no sunlight.
and my bathroom is pitch black.
i live in teh darkest room in the entire house minus the closet.
my closet has light.
that would be it.
wheeeeee...
so while the power's out, i'm spending time playing with things in adam's room.
he's gotta love this.
