*sigh* I'm no longer in my "twenties".
A great decade indeed...we shall see what the next one holds for me.

Finished a late set of rounds today at la clinica. My girls here wanna do some big thing for me all Hollywood and shit, so I postponed all of that madness till next Saturday, which is when I wanted to be in LA fo real. I still can't get coverage for my shifts to leave. Wack mofos at my school. I'm WAY ahead in terms of my research than they are, and I could really help them out, but for my fam, trust me: I'm gonna keep working on these foolios.
Annnnyyywayyy: Left rounds to meet my parents and my closest few friends here at my mom's restaurant. (Did I ever mention she owns one? If not, yeah, its lovely. One of her many businesses, but my fave.) I'm done for the day so my homie starts slamming me with shots of Petron. By slam, I mean 3. Considering I don't drink much these days...that be alot. I'm feelin niiice right now. About to shower, nap, then prob another shower before dinner with my family (i.e. mom and step-dad). Looking forward to it. As I mentioned earlier, I'm just not in the mood for all that fake/VIP wannabe/haters/biters/Hilton and Lohan wannabes/etc. environment known as "the ULTIMATE upscale lounge environment" or whatever bullshit they put on all of those e-flyers/invites. Save that when I'm in a more Zen state, which I haven't been for the past few weeks.
