Terms & Conditions
For your benefit, please read the following terms & conditions before joining any sprees.Thank you! :)
1. Try to post your order and payment details in one comment. Please reply to your own thread to keep things neat. No payment = No order.
2. Handling will be charged per spree involved.
3. Order sent in might not be placed in sequence. There is a chance that order might be brought forward or pushed back to meet maximum cap. Only 1 email will be sent when your item is ready for collection. Do check my personal LJ for all updates & info.
4. Unless you inform me, I do not know if you are overseas or will be unable to collect your item(s). Item(s) not collected within 30 days after the 1st arrival email &/or with no special arrangements will be donated to charity. No refunds or such emails will be entertained.
5. Excess in exchange rate will not be refunded.
6. I have the right to cancel any spree due to poor response unless you don't mind paying for the shipping charges. Full refund will be made.
7. Choosing another item or full refund will be given if item goes OOS. I will not be responsible for any OOS item(s). Please be aware that it is not within my control. Please inform me if you will NOT like to proceed with order if any item(s) is/are OOS. Will proceed if no such info is given (unless item is part of a set).
8. Do be aware that there might be delays in shipping. As much as I will like for all orders placed to arrive within 1 month, please be aware that it is not within my control.
9. Do understand that I am working 7 days a week and might not have the time to check my emails daily. Please refrain from emailing me constantly as it will only slow down my reply to you.
10. I do not owe you. If you are nice to me, I'll be nice to you.
Meet-ups
- To do our part in saving the environment, please bring your own bag.
- Confirmation of meet-up will be given. Please do not head to meet-up location without confirmation.
- Please ensure that you have my mobile number as well so that you can contact me.
- Meet-ups will only be arranged after necessary top-up is made to prevent MIA incidents.
Postage
- To do our part in saving the environment, mails will be wrapped in recycled materials. However, be assured that care will be taken to ensure that it is properly wrapped. Hence, I’m not responsible for lost mails or breakage through post.
- Mailings will be done once a week (usually Mon-Wed). There will be an additional $0.25 for registered mail only which will be given to my mum for helping us to bring, queue up & to mail them out on time. Just a small token of appreciation.
- You will be notified by email when your parcel is mailed. RA number will be provided upon request.
- A return address will be written at the back of the parcel.
All above will be adhere to unless prior arrangement, if any, is made.
I reserve the right to amend any of the above as I deem fit without any prior notice.
