Well, sorry i have not updated in a long time. To tell you the truth i really did not feel the need to.
Todays friday and I am happy. Its the end of the work week I can sleep in and do whatever I want. I am going to pick up my nephew tonight after i leave the gym. So I will have to email my sister when I get to work. I am hopeing that this weekend the watehr will be nice. I want to take my nephew there Saturday morning. I'm going to let him ride his bike and I am just going to walk and enjoy the weather. My mother and i will be christams shopping tomorrow. I started last weekend.
I'm not doing anything tonight just hanging out with my nephew. We might watch some anime or play a video games. Not sure.
Saturday night theres a good chance i will be at the castle. I have not been there in a while and i want to dance. Plus i found out that one of my good friends is 4 months pregnant and she wants to go out before she get really big.
My diet is going good. I still work out alot. I have lost 20 lbs so far and I am very happy. Feel great.
I wish that it was colder here. I would like to have a cold halloween. Oh I can not wait for halloween this year. All i want to do is watch horror movies on sci-fi and have a good old time.
Got to get ready for work.
