get ready to wiggle
did you know that i hate cold weather? because yeah. i really do. and snow. snow sucks. :(
when i was younger, i liked snow. i was young and foolish (although it did get me out of the occasional day of school). but now it's more a nuisance than anything else.
lucas and i were supposed to go to our baby and me group this morning to meet up with our friends. instead we are going to stay home and watch the wiggles or hi-5. hardly seems like a comparison. and we haven't seen our baby friends in more than three weeks at this point. not fair. need to get out of the house. need friends. going insane.
in other news, we have lucas' appointment scheduled for his meatal stenosis. we'll be going to delaware (to the children's hospital there) on monday and hopefully they will be able to "fix" things. i've heard good things about the hospital but of course, i can't help but be a bit nervous because this is MY CHILD we are talking about. thank goodness jay was able to take the afternoon off of work so we'll all be going together. i'm fortunate that he works at an easy-going job because i don't think i would be able to do this one alone. shots, i've gotten pretty good at handling. but this? no.
still have shopping to finish up for the holidays, hopefully we'll get most of that done with weekend. i'm happy it is friday although i would be happier if we could GO SOMEWHERE.
