Jennifer, 22, New Brunswick Canada. This is my second post. Today my friend arrived from Newfoundland and we drove to the USA, it was day one of our 3-day roadtrip to see Paramore in concert. Enjoy!

I got to sleep in a little... Britt didn't get in until 9:45. Although I better get moving!!!!

Good morning..... I didn't go to sleep until 3am and I was too tired to function.

Check Britt's flight to see if I can sleep in... nope. It's on time.

Shower time.

First time washing my hair since the purple went in. Felt so good and clean!!

Getting ready. When I travel I put everything I am taking out in the open, so I don't forget to pack it all.

Brush the teeth.

Hey check me out, I am ready.

I had some extra time so I was like, let's wash dishes.

Much better. I didn't want to deal with that when I came home on Sunday night.

Everything by the door and ready to go!

All bundled up.

Throw everything in the trunk.

Time-check. I have like 15 minutes. Oops.

When I got there Britt was walking towards me, I was just in time. I was like go back and pretend you just got here!

Here we are, ready to hit the road.

This was our view for a lot of the trip.... the rear end of a transport truck.

Obviously we stop at Tims before crossing the border. USA Tims is just not the same.

Britt getting her tea.

Mmmmm coffee.

Time check. Almost to the USA! Then we'll gain an hour cause we change time zones.

Hello, USA! This is the border at Houlton.... I hate crossing the border, I feel like they're out to get you.

Miles sign. So weird.

American Irving for some gas. I waited until the USA because gas is cheaper :)

Britt drove then and I was bored, so here's me.

I-95.

We stopped in Bangor for some Subway.

Time check right before we ate. Remember we gained an hour :)

Britt enjoying her sub. She says Canadian subway is better.... mine tasted the same to me.

Starbucks! We saw you every day.

Caramel Apple Spice is apparently better in the USA than Canada according to Britt. I had a vanilla latte which was not too sweet and great for keeping me awake and warm.

Hello Freeport! I love outlet shopping.

I also loved this store because I got $170 worth of clothing for $50!

Like check out this awesome sweater for $20.

Christmas lights in Freeport.

On the highway to Portland/Saco, where we were staying the night. I grew up vacationing in this area so I know it really well. Also, really blurry timecheck (4:59pm)

Our hotel room! Hampton beds = AMAZING.

Hello Hampton Inn.

We chilled out a bit and watched some TV.

Time-check.

Watching Malcom..... I took the picture as the scene was changing.

Internets.

Ready to head to Maine Mall Rd!

Stupid tolls.

I had to return something for a friend that was in the USA a few weeks ago. Also, Dad's perfect Christmas gift was in this store.

mmmm I love Friendly's sundaes.

See?

hehehe I laughed every time I saw this. Yes I am 5 years old. Dicks hehehehehhe

I did all my Christmas shopping in one day. Not joking.

Daddy called when we got back to the hotel.

Took the drugs.

Brush the teeth.

Final time check. We have to get up in 9 hours and drive to Worcester MA for the concert!

Good night!
