Oh yes, I miss this show so much, and now with Amanda spending more time behind the camera instead of in front of it (don't get me wrong she's a brilliant director) but it's even harder. :(

I LOVE her as a director, but it's not the same as her giving us another HBIC like Sam or Helen. I don't know if you saw her episode of Continuum, but there was this epic shoot-out with about ten people, and three different POVs, and all sorts of crazy-ass things going on. It could have been a confusing mess, but Amanda made it look like a ballet. It was beautiful. It was so well-done I wouldn't even have thought about how amazingly directed it was, but since it was Amanda... ;D

I haven't seen that one, but the way you describe it I really want to now! :p Do you know the season/ep number? I'll get it from ITunes

I think it was Season 2x12? The next-to-last episode of the second season. :D It was just very well done. Plus Ian Tracey was in it. I think in order to keep him in line she said, "Do as I say or I'll whip you with a chain. AGAIN."
