Part of my gate_eps20in20 set last month. I love Stargate SG1, and this team is mostly to blame for that. This scene of them walking, talking and just being them handling a situation, begged to be turn into an icon... or five.
Helen Magnus! Entered in the sanctuary20in20 itest. I love this brown-ish coloring. Works great on Sanctuary caps. And I had just downloaded this awesome set wih light textures that had to be used.
Sam/Jack, my first ship. *sigh* I made this icon as part of the aliens made them do it theme challenge @ sj_everyday This was a very hard cap to work with. The quality of the screencaps from the early season really isn't all that great for artwork so there wasn't much to be done. I paid most attention to the crop with a little coloring and a simple texture.
Entry for scifipair20in20 Aeryn/John. This was a great promo shot, allowing for some interesting crops. The red light texture was added to make the icon pop out.
Ah... my babies.... Helen/John in Haunted. When I watched this ep, I just got an itch to make lots and lots of icons with those two. It just had to be done. And this scene was one of my favorite in the episode, if not the entire show. Just the two of them facing off, with their past and present crashing in. That's why I simply cut them out and placed them on a simple background without distractions.
