how can you ask for me to stay when all you ever do is go?
hellllloooo productive.
today was one of my days off work.
well, it was until i went into work at nine cause jenny was stuck in traffic yesterday and missed her plane home.
oh well though cause i opened with karrie and i was only there for an hour and a half.
poor jenny had a red-eye from california to chicago and drove her ass from the airport in chicago straight to work.
then began my day of glory.
today i...
-got my oil changed. (and there were NO creepy old men! the guys were not dirtballs and were super nice to me! ANNNND!!!! there's nothing wrong with my car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
-went to do my drug test for humana. and didn't pee on myself or get pee on myself this time.
-went to buy a new ball for my lip ring since i lost mine after i woke up sometime last week. (then of course i found the other one in my carpet tonite..even though i spent a whole day looking for it last week)
-went to wal*mart with mom to school her on the kodak picture maker (again) and spent $12 on lame things like face wash and deodorant.
-washed my car. like we're talking bucket of soapy water and the hose. got completely harassed by my neighbor's grandson (whom i've known since i was like ten) and chuckled as a mom with her tiny on a bike ride slowly passed my house while i had underoath blasting from the cd player.
-continued the car wash into a full cleaning extravaganza. aka cleaned out an entire garbage bags worth of shit (disgusted with myself) a grocery bag full of clothing/tequila and a plastic bag full of cups, utensils and ziploc containers out of my car and vaccumed it out, hosed it down with febreeze and used scrubbin bubbles on the entire interior/windexed the windows.
you can now eat off of every surface in the truck.
-cleaned my room.
-did all my laundry.
aka i'm amazing.
i've been working so much lately (or crying) that i haven't had time or didn't want to get anything done. but now i have everything done. i even asked my mom if i could repaint my room. by myself.
wow i feel sorry for whoever just took the time to read this.
tomorrow i work til two and then i'm escaping to milwaukee to see my old friends, hang out with new friends and give the city another chance to amaze me.
