i never did come back and tell you about the rest of 2013. it was utterly uninteresting anyway.
2014 hasn't been a great deal better. since my last entry, my job in westminster got extended for a bit so i'm still there. it's fairly interesting in an i-have-no-idea-what-i'm-doing-for-the-first-time-in-a-while kind of way. it's also nice knocking around sw1 in the summer. ST JAMES'S PARK MATE.
my life has been fairly bland otherwise. had a banterful time with a good chap and had a bit of a kiss with him but that's all. went to belgium again, this time with added katherland, which was a very good move. drank a lot of cherry beer again. drank a lot of beer in general with bain and other work people in the last few months. had many, many, many ridiculous mornings where i escaped with less of a hangover than i deserved.
i moved into a ridiculously small flat when my old contract came up, and my housemate has proceeded to have a baby. need to find a new place now. it's tough though as i'm not sure where i'll be working in 3 months again... i also had an operation on my back a week ago so i am fairly immobile and unable to move boxes.
oh and ross, as in the one who was mentioned on these pages for about 4 years on and off, until last feb....got engaged. to another human. not that i ever planned for it to be me, but i can't lie, it did come as somewhat a shock.
i feel like i'm waiting for something to happen. i wonder if i'll know what that is by the next time i come to update on here....
