(no subject)
Wow! I haven't updated in awhile! I guess I've had a lot going on. With things the way they are going at home right now and me trying to get ready for college, I haven't had much time to breathe- let alone update my livejournal. I'm soooo tired! I'm glad I finally get a day off work and school. No homework, no tests, no college stuff. I need sleep. Sleep sounds nice... I'm glad I have 5 days to get some of it...
Anyway, as far as my home life goes, I do have a lot going on, but it's a very private and personal matter. Even though I'm very bothered and very upset about it, it is not appropriate for me to discuss family matters in public view. But for anyone reading, if you could just keep my family in your thoughts and prayers, I would very much appreciate it.
Jason and I are doing wonderful. Things seem to be getting better all the time- I've never had that before. He is, besides my sisters, my best friend. He has been there for me through so much already, and I thank God every day for him. I really need him now, and I wish I could have more of him, but he gives me as much as he can, even with our distance and our work schedules separating us.
This Thanksgiving is going to be different. It's going to be hard on my family for a number of reasons. It's going to be a sad Thanksgiving here. And I sorta feel bad for not wanting to be here for Thanksgiving, and making plans with Jason's family instead. Sad Thanksgiving here, happy Thanksgiving there...
This Thanksgiving, I'm thankful for family, for true friends, for opportunities, and for love... What are you thankful for?
