Our relationship could've gotten a Bachelor's
So, this post is to say "Happy Anniversary!" to charon124, with whom I've been for four years now. That's right, four years.
I love her greatly, and she makes me the happiest I've ever been. We had a low key anniversary - Melting Pot for dinner, and being lazy otherwise.
When I was ten, I went on a cruise on the Big Red Boat. Like all vacations, I saved up money for quite awhile in advance, anticipating purchasing all sorts of awesome vacation souvenirs. Throughout the cruise, I searched for the perfect souvenir - eventually, I settled on getting a rather nice loose aquamarine gemstone. The plan was that one day, I'd get it mounted as a piece of jewelry and give it to my true love.
I had it mounted in white gold as a pendant just after Christmas, which is now being worn. She seems to enjoy it, so I think I did well enough on giving her a gift. I love you lots, precious; here's to many more happy years together.
