Yo, VIP! Let's Kick It

All I can say is I'm tired. I thought since today was an optional work day (and I decided before bed that I wasn't going in) that my beautiful body would embrace the warmness of my bed and recharge longer than it did. But my biological clock knew it was Monday so I tossed and turned so much after 0800 that I had no choice but to get out of bed...some five hours later than I entered.

Maybe I felt suffocated. For several days now, this eerie fog has rolled into Kansas City the same way in engulfs the "golden bridge" in the gay bay. It was especially scary driving home from the bar Saturday night. I couldn't tell where I was until it was time for me turn. Thank goodness I had stopped drinking after we moved bars.

Yesterday was mainly a lazy day. It started with a headache, reminding me that I had some fun the night before. Then I went to breakfast with some friends, since grease is sometimes an excellent cure for things that ail you. The rest of the day was spent in front of the computer and the TV. Most of it was spent nurturing my relationship with the PS3. He's so good to me that he has decided to start streaming Netflix. So I watched all but the last two episodes of Dead Like Me Season 1.

Today is slated to be far more "productive," depending on how you look at it. I have a 1230 appointment for sustenance at one of the Legendary establishments. Then a movie at 1400, VIP style. Let's just hope Rob Van Winkle isn't there. Too cold...too cold.
