No Jury Duty for Me!
This morning I had to go to downtown Detroit for jury duty. I think it'd be an interesting experience to be on one but it was just bad timing with finals and all. I had to get there at 7:45 in the morning so we had to leave super early to get there since we live in the western-most city of the county. My dad drove me because my parents don't trust me in Detroit apparently. So I get there and sleep for 3 hours in the waiting room and I get dismissed at 11:30 without being called. Pretty fun I must say, though I didn't get what I wanted to get accomplished while I was there and then I didn't when I got home.
The semester is winding down which is great. I'm doing pretty good but of course, I could always be doing better if I would just put in some more effort. I have finals in all 5 of my classes but I don't think they or any of my remaining work will be too difficult.
So yeah, that's about it. I say this because I'm really hungry and don't feel like talking more.
