LAME
I started my job at Quizno's on Tuesday. I really liked it though I was hungry and wanted to make a huge gigantic sub with everything on it the whole time I was working. Me working with food is just a bad idea all around. I only worked for 2 and a half hours and that'll be it for the whole week. I was supposed to work on Friday but they got another new hire so they gave him my day which I don't mind but my parents are being dumb and making a big deal about it. They're saying stuff like "working 2 and a half hours doesn't count as a job" and that leaves me saying "Well what am I supposed to do?" I'm really getting nothing out of this besides money which I don't really need because I do work for relatives and i'll be working at the apple orchard in the fall for sure. It'd be nice to have a little positive reinforcement here and there.
Other than that, not much has been going on. I've just been hanging out with everybody pretty much. I'm excited for my big event of the summer which is Matthew's BBQ on Saturday. It's gonna be so great because there'll be large amounts of food AND a slurpee machine. It's gonna run really late so hopefully I'll be able to stay late or even better just stay the night because that'd be a lot easier. My parents are lame and they'll STAY UP until I get home which is unnecessary and makes me feel bad about staying out. Maybe if I eat and drink too many slurpees, I'll become incapacitated and be unable to drive home.
