I've been thinking a lot lately. I sit in my class at school wondering what it is going to be like when I leave down to Klamath Falls for this fall. Thoughts of Joy. Mainly because I won't have to be taking the stupid Cisco tests that I dread taking every Monday and Wednesday. I have to take a good 4-6 tests a week over Cisco crammed material and it is horrible. That is why I look forward to OIT. I hear that the teachers down there actually know what they are doing, and don't just cram the material down your throat. If you have a question, they can actually answer it for you. Ohhhh how nice that will be. Though, leaving is going to be really hard. Even though I've got one of my best-friends and all the other peoples going down to K-falls, I'll be leaving a lot behind. My friends from church who I have gotten to know over the years. Leaving my family. Leaving my most favorite GM, Mr. CB. And the rest of the great friends that I have gained over the years living here in Keizer. I know I've still got 4 or 5 month, but it is coming fast, and I am getting scared.
In other news. I went to court yesterday. The drunk driver who had the head on collision with me on the 5th of December decided that he wanted to "change" his plea to guilty. Did he actually think that he could plead "not-guilty" or "no-contest". It is maddening. If his attourney could have been able to actually get him out of this, I would gone crazy. To end this up. I had about $1300 in losses from fixing up my car the last couple month before the accident, and the other fees included. Instead though of getting the whole amount, the judge granted me $1,100 in restitution. That makes me very happy. Even though I won't receive my first check till May, I'm glad. The guy that hit me decided to pay only about $30-$40 a month. Which isn't too bad I guess. I didn't expect to get any money, so this is a total blessing. He also has rehab and other things that he needs to pay for, because of this stupid accident. I hope that none of you go through anything like this, and if you do, just keep a positive attitude. NEVER DRINK AND DRIVE!!! Especially if you have 7 freak'n cans of opened beer in your passenger seat. Why is this world so full of stupid people?!
Yesterday I also asked out the girl I have been seeing the past week. She is amazing. She has such a great attitute about life, and she doesn't condem me for the things I do (unlike some past relationship, not that I am comparing the two). She is loads of fun, and her bestfriend is awesome. There is one problem, She has been warning me that her parents aren't the easiest to get along with. So, wish me luck when I go to meet them this upcoming Sunday.
Have a fun and intersting afternoon everybody.
