*yawn* So I did finally get some sleep, this morning. Put on an extra blanket and turned on my fans to drown out peripheral noises. Learned back when I was working nights night how to sleep through my fans steady, white-noise drone. Ah, sleep. Went to work about noon. Ross said he still hadn't decided whether or not to work me tonight. I told him I kind of needed to know right then, he sighed and said he would. So I worked 'till midnight. Whoo hoo! Took a break in the middle to go 'cross the street and instruct the pastor on how to use m lighting system, and to drive to Meridian (not quite Boise like I said last night, but closer than not) to pick up a load of stuff for the yard sale, went back to work, worked 'till midnight, came home and am now writing to you. I'm running entirely on caffeine now. It feels kind of nice...haven't done this in a while. I need to recharge my batteries, though. The funny thing about me staying up late is that my metabolism increases to compensate. I metabolize the caffeine faster (and in my opinion, better), and burn off the soda as fast as I can drink it. I consumed two quarts of Cokicide (I mixed Cherry Coke and Vanilla Coke--not bad, but I prefer straight Cherry Coke) between 5 pm and midnight, and I haven't had to visit the kitty litter at all. Oiy! Tomorrow is going to be even more fun, I have work, a yard sale, a wedding, and my parent's surprise gift all to get ready. And work, yard sale, and wedding all want me to be there at the same time. *snore* Need...sleep...won't...get...it. I'm funny, I sleep through caffeine. It doesn't make me tired, but it doesn't keep me awake unless I want it to. Hooray for my immune system. It fights everything except diseases.

For those of you who're interested in collecting soft drinks, here're my observations: Pepsi seems to have discontinued the production of 7-upside down, and it looks like they may be phasing out Mountain Dew Livewire (again) and possibly Code Red as well, perhaps to make room for new flavors. It looks like Pepsi Twist is on its way out, too, though Diet Pepsi Twist is making a valiant last stand. Coke has seems to have discontinued (Diet) Lemon Coke and (Diet) Lime Coke both, and also seems to be getting a little uncertain about Sprite Berry Clear. Whichever makes Sunkist seems to have stopped, too. Fanta and Fresca are both still going strong, though both companies appear to be beginning to waver over the whole Vanilla craze. Both companies are changing cap colors as fast as they can, and Coke is overhauling their soft drink logo designs, with Pepsi no doubt soon to follow. I expect both companies to keep changing everything until they loose their customer base, at which point they will go back to old classics, both logo and drinks, in a highly publicized Retro-Pepsi/Retro-Coke project.
