I actually got my days off a bit ago. The night before the desert museum, we had dinner at a Japanese place. They had grills set right into the table, and the chef cooked your meal right in front of you!
Cooking onions.
Coking scallops. :-3
I've decided I'm going to cook my toast like this from now on!
Anyhow, after the Desert Museum, we went to Neko's.
If you don't have a reservation, the doorman will smite you. With his flower.
Neko's rat Hazel. Hazel is amazingly smart and well-behaved. Heck, she even has a degree in dentistry! o.0
Neko made an incredibly tasty and beautiful meal for Karn and I! It was delicious; arguably the best I've ever eaten! And the company was incredible, too! *hugs bunches* Thank you so much!
But alas, my trip ended all to soon. So they bid me farewell.
Goodbye Karn and Neko! I love yah both!
Goodbye Pegasus!
Goodbye Tucson!
I had a four hour layover in Denver this time. When I finally did take off from Denver,
the sun was setting.
It was still setting when I arrived in Boise an hour and a half later.
I got my family souvenirs from Tucson. I can't believe my brother actually ate the sucker I got him. :-P
That's a real cricket in there.
I had a wonderful and amazing trip. I regret only two things. 1. That I had to come home (and especially so soon! I had barely gotten there and already I was leaving!) 2. That I hadn't brought more memory cartridges for my camera. Or bigger ones. Or at least remembered the three other cameras and 5 extra rolls of film I'd packed along. :-P
Thank you so much, Karn and Neko and Cameron for marking this trip one I shall never forget (err...in a good way :-3 ). And thank you Cameron and Owen and Mende for letting me stay at your beautiful house! *hugs everyone tons and bunches*
