I don't drink much. When I do it is usually in the comfort of my own home or when I'm out with my friends. Frankly, this change makes no goddamn sense and makes an already mired and nonsensical series of liquor laws worse. Sure it "makes it slightly better" for the end user, but it also makes it worse for the staff who now have to keep track of what their customers are drinking even more.
There really are times I hate our legislature.
