Tired
Oh my god I am so bloody tired. I'm seriously thinking about taking tomorrow off just to rest because I feel myself getting sick. Next semester I'll be having Wednesday and Monday night classes, so at least I'll have the weekend back. But man, this whole working full time and going to school thing sucks.
In other news, things are going okay. My parents are in Disney World right now and my neighbors are in Hawaii. So I'm watching the dog and four kitties. The cats have been super grumpy. The kitten they have is really cute, but she doesn't like to be held. The only time she really lets me pet her is while I'm getting their food ready. Sadness.
I was asked to be a mentor at school. Yikes. I said I'd do it and couple of girls asked for me. So now I have two mentees - one of them being the girl I taught how to spell "whore" to. I hope she isn't looking for more things like that. Hahahah. I still can't believe I did that.
Oh, speaking of great "teacher" moments. During the MEAP I had to go around to different rooms to let teachers use the restroom. I went into one of the 7th grade classrooms and one of my students saw me and said "oh no, I know you!" I pointed at her, then pounded my fist against my hand. Yeah, I'm great mentor material. Hopefully when someone says "that's gross" I won't respond with "yeah, well your face is gross."
