An oasis. Or is it all just a mirage?

Ten things I want to be enjoying/doing/ -ing after the 3rd of May:

1. Play soccer in the blazing hot morning sun with just a cool breeze to light upon the sweat-soaked skin. Loadsa these sort of mornings please.

2. Interior decorate my room/house. For those not in the know, I'm moving house. Again. And in the same area. I don't think I change my  area code at all.

3. Start to grow my bank account once more. The shopping spree in HK did way too much damage on me coffers. Just ask  crappywings

4. Watch many, many movies/dvds/vcds/downloaded sitcoms as I could possibly get my hands on. Hope piracy patrol doesn't visit this site.

5. Read the books I want to read. No more Sterne, Fielding, Hardy, Lloyd Fernando, pseudo-original Singaporean poets for me.
Gimme chick lit (what's the male version of this?), trashy mags and newspapers anytime of the day and I'll devour it with glee.

6. I do not really want to do this, but I have to: run. National liabilities are such a pain in the arse.

7. Shop, shop, and shop. 'Nuff said.(Dependent on No.3)

8. Plan my life. Not a top priority as you can see, since I'm not planner, but I have to do something after I graduate. And I really hope it ain't teaching.

9. Learn how to cook from my mamma. Have been ever procrastinating but I really should since I do intend to stay on my own eventually.

10. Chill out with the folks I've been neglecting all semester long. Most of them won't see this but their presence in my life has been detected, and hence, missed.

*This entry is inspired by Xianz. And yes, it is a cathartic experience after one has read one to many illogical British authors in the dead of the night.
