How about I got the 15 gig ipod in June and had to return cause it had a bad battery, cool they gave me a 20 gig then 4 months later the fucker crashes and I have to wait get this 21 fucking days for them to repair it instead of just getting a new one, you can bet I bitched hardcore in an email I sent to them hopefully they'll change their policy or at least give me some free downloads or something, and the fat ass customer service lady I wanted to just kick her rude ass in the face! Jon Reyes you too because you met Andre3000 and because if I don't scam next friday off work I can't go to the esthero concert. They call me Tony Hawk at work (pro skater) lol, hopefully my nickname rings true for the 21st.
