Unfortunately, she had managed to get lost in the forest. Due to that, she arrived shortly after Franziska von Karma had - which, in turn, ruined her plans completely.
Tenshi's clothing seemed to be no different from the clothes she usually wore. Still the same, odd dress that seemed impractical for fighting, the same hat with the peaches, the same boots as usual. One might argue that this wasn't due to a lack of her imagination, but due to her being in a constant state of readiness for duels. In other words, since she always wanted duels, it just made sense for her to always be in her duelist uniform, in a way.
Her face showed a focused happiness of a child looking forward to a christmas gift.
While moving up the stairs at a steady pace, she was nonchalantly throwing a small rock up in the air and catching it with her left hand. The rock was about as big as a soccer ball, and it had been a part of Tenshi's original plans for setting the scene.
It wasn't quite the correct rock, though, but it would have done.
That is, if she had the time for preparation. Well, she would just have to do it without!
After moving up the platform, she smirked at the other woman. "Franziska von Karma. So you are here, no doubt to punish me for my misdeeds...that is, if you can!"
That said, she brandished her sword while dropping her rock, and rammed the weapon into the ground in front of her, all within one fluid movement.
Such a dramatic gesture of course also had repercussions, as dust, sand, and small stones were knocked away from the sword in all directions, as if that gesture had indeed caused a small shock wave. Another caused effect was that, unseen, a few small cracks appeared on the mistreated blade.
Placing her hands on the hilt of the sword, whose point was still buried in the ground, she looked at Franziska, awaiting her reaction.
Tenshi was happy with herself. A suitable entrance indeed, all improvised. She was good at this! Or so she thought, anyway.

She smiles sharply at Tenshi's words, the drama of them oddly befitting the situation, and then coughs in disgust at the gesture. It sends dust fluttering her way and she wipes her skirt clean of it with distaste.
"Tenshi Hinanai--- I am not here to punish anyone. I am here to duel, and to win, that is all that matters. I do not care for your misdeeds," she says pointedly, and at that point she takes up a dueling stance, elegant and deadly.

She quickly caught herself though, and grinned, noticing that Franziska seemed to be as ready asd Tenshi felt herself.
"Oh, you still only got that half right. You're here to duel - but not to win, but to face an utterly crushing defeat!"
With that, she pulled out her sword, and pointed it at Franziska, ready to charge into what she hoped would be an exciting battle. "Have at you!"

As soon as Tenshi moves into battle stance Franziska charges, moving her sword from an almost vertical position into a horizontal one, creating a downward slash as she quickly runs forward. She finds that her heels don't bother her at all while running-- in fact, she seems to go faster than usual.

"Ooh, an active one!" She exclaimed happily as she made her response, a wide arcing slash aimed upwards at the incoming sword.
Immediately after the clash, she sidestepped to the left, twisted her weapon slightly, and used the repercussion of the two blades to drive her sword down yet again.
Yes, wide slashes sure seemed to be her style - impressive to look at, but not too hard to dodge. Yet.

With the downwards arch of both of their swords, Franziska jumps back to free herself from the grip of Tenshi's weapon, then immediately steps forward again, sadly using the same move as before. It seems that using her whip so often has not caused her originality in swordfighting to develop properly.

Her reaction to the second attack was, of course, another counterattack, another upward slash, this time aimed lower than the first, though, because that might knock the weapon out of her enemies hand(or, well, at least would force her to hold on her weapon harder) - hopefully enraging her even more!
Of course, Tenshi still did that in a huge, arching slash, and since this one was very low, it drew sparks when it cut over the stone of the floor, wailing the usual sound metal makes when it scratches stone.

"How dangerous ♥" She squealed, as she brought around her weapon again, to stab wildly at Franziska's legs. Let's see how the short haired woman would cope with that!
