Back on Sunday morning, he thought he couldn't find it all any more tiring...
He thought wrong. The meeting in the cathedral and the sudden information produced by the mysterious woman with violet hair. The soft twitch in his eye and the strong, yet strangely comforting, pressure on his heart. The heated argument with Melusine. All of it chipped away from his patience until he lost all his patience with the campus once again.
It was raining outside, but Serenade didn't bother worrying about it. He leaned on his table, his hands gathered beneath his chin, and absently poked at the coffee cup in front of him. It was strange how the Wild Cat Cafe kept it outside terrace open even during autumn, but he found a certain charisma in it. He peered at the street, where stray droplets of rain fell onto the beautiful pavement and collapsed into beautiful sparkles of silver. Here, beneath the large umbrella decorated with a black cat, it felt even warmer when one looked at the soaked streets outside.
He sighed deeply, poked at his cup one more time and buried his chin in his arms.
Somehow, he didn't feel like doing anything at all today.
