i'm living my worst nightmare right now. THe sirens are going off, i'm alone in the bathroom with charlotte and todd I don't now whats going on...how do I know when its safe to leave.

The first (and only) time I heard the tornado sirens go off, I had NO idea what was happening. The sky had turned green, it was hailing, the sirens went off...I thought it was the end of the world.

They should issue a pamphlet when you move to the Midwest!

It's scary but I know in my heart you and Charlotte (and Todd) will be OK. Hang in there and sing happy songs to keep all of you calm. The storm will pass before you know it.
